- execute all marketing and sales promotion activities to fulfill the sales targets of the banquet sales department and achieve the department's profits.
- work closely with the director of banquet sales and conference planning to explore new markets and provide more service packages.
- develop sales markets and business plans, and collaborate with the director of banquet sales and conference planning to formulate sales strategies based on market development trends.
- provide suggestions and support when the sales team handles business cases/requirements (such as pricing strategies, special needs) to convert business inquiries into confirmed events.
- ensure effective communication with clients and various departments of the hotel.
- arrange business visits as needed.
- make full use of all banquet spaces in the hotel to maximize space profits.
