In this role you will own the communication strategy, planning and delivery for a global business wide transformation. Malvern panalytical is embarking on an exciting two-year program of simplifying, modernising, and standardising our core business processes and it needs innovative and high-energy individuals to join the dedicated program team delivering this program
what are your responsibilities?
- use communications to bring to life the program’s guiding change principles: ‘make it personal’, ‘make it memorable and energising’, ‘show not tell - immerse the business’, keep it simple - short and targeted’ and ‘make it business led’
- co-ordination and creation of business-wide communication assets delivered through company wide channels (e.g. audio-visual, internal news, intranet) within overall program timeline.
- content manage program’s communication assets and intranet site
- establish and manage global communications network to deliver the communications strategy
what do you need to be successful in this role?
- enthusiastic individual that enjoys working with a wide range of colleagues with a passion for developing high quality communication collateral
- ba or bs degree level qualification, preferable related to communication, marketing, journalism, media or business management
- experience of internal communications is essential
- cultural awareness of how communications will be received in a global context

- awareness of it/finance or operations management systems and processes
