*duties*:
- client onboarding and relationship kickoff
- welcome new customers after contract signature and serve as their main point of contact during onboarding
- lead kickoff calls to gather operational details, align on goals, and set onboarding timelines
- build strong rapport early to ensure high engagement and trust
- system setup and configuration configure the client’s environment based on their business model (transportation, tours, charters, etc.)
- set up inventory, schedules, pricing rules, user roles, and integrations such as payment gateways and channel partners
- own the onboarding timeline from end to end, typically 30 to 90 days depending on complexity
- track progress across milestones using our onboarding checklist
- flag delays or risks proactively and escalate to the sales manager when needed
- deliver tailored training sessions for operators, dispatchers, agents, and admins
- provide helpful how-to resources and guide clients to use the knowledge base
- ensure clients understand and adopt key features like dynamic pricing, reseller tools, and automated notifications
- collect structured feedback on onboarding and early product experience
- transition accounts smoothly to customer
- success once go-live is achieved and key goals are met
- document notes in hub-spot and internal hand-off playbooks
- work closely with sales, product, and support to surface client needs and product gaps
- share learning from onboarding experiences to improve zaui’s onboarding process
- contribute to improvements in onboarding playbooks and resources
- own onboarding success metrics such as time to go-live, feature adoption rate, onboarding nps, and activation health scores
- use data and insights to improve onboarding outcomes over time
*requirements*:
- must have experience in strong verbal and written communication in spanish and english
- must have 3+ years of experience in ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, friendly way
- must have 1+ years of experience in project management and organization
- must have 1+ years of experience in problem-solving and adaptability
- must have 1+ years of experience in client-focused mindset
- must have 1+ years of experience in commercial awareness and deal-closing instinct
- understands the bigger picture, knows when to nudge a hesitant client toward go-live, and works closely with sales to ensure the deal lands and sticks.
