we are currently looking for a
buyer 1- ppm
to join our
team at
toluca distribution center (cdr)
. This role is key in leading cross-functional purchasing projects, ensuring cost and time targets are met, and driving continuous improvement across sourcing and development phases.
a day in the life of this role:
lead assigned purchasing projects, ensuring delivery on cost and timing kpis
manage quotation and nomination processes for new sourcing programs
act as the purchasing liaison with cross-functional teams (vpm, cmpp, scm, finance, manufacturing)
monitor and control total program costs, including localization and cost reduction opportunities
support purchasing kpis such as npv and tdc
who we're looking for:
must have:
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or commerce
knowledge of purchasing processes
strong project management and planning skills
advanced excel and office suite proficiency
experience in database creation and management
english proficiency (toeic 700+ or equivalent)
ability to perform work on site at toluca.
travel requirements: yes
nice to have:

familiarity with cost management tools and kpis
