responsibilities
* supervises daily activities of production operators, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
* coordinates production requirements and workforce scheduling to meet operational demands and optimize resource allocation.
* supports lead setups by resolving quality concerns and implementing necessary scheduling adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency.
* expedites material flow from receiving to production and from finished goods to shipping, minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
* ensures compliance with all legal and internal health, safety, and environmental (hse) regulations and company policies.
* leads by example, promoting a proactive, collaborative, and continuous‑improvement–oriented work culture.
qualifications
* technical training or an equivalent degree.
* willingness and ability to work different shifts.
* experience in the automotive industry.
* flexibility to communicate effectively with the work team.
* responsible and with strong leadership skills.
