*about the role*
we are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven *program manager* to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of key business programs within our organization. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources, and delivering successful program launches in a dynamic and competitive environment.
*key responsibilities*
- lead the planning, execution, and full lifecycle management of strategic programs and new project launches.
- coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure achievement of timelines, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- monitor project progress through kpis, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, business objectives, and operational targets.
- lead regular program review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- manage engineering changes, project scope adjustments, and risk factors throughout the program lifecycle.
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, costs, and operational efficiency.
- ensure successful product launches from initial planning through mass production.
*
*education*
- bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, project management, or related field.
- master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within automotive or manufacturing industries.
- proven experience in new product introduction (npi) / launch management.
- direct experience with oem/tier 1 customers.
- demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.
