Job responsibilities
* manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while applying corrective actions when necessary.
* process and manage customer orders in the applicable systems, including payment verification and order release follow-up.
* maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
* analyze forecasts, kpis, inventory levels, and customer demand fluctuations to prevent supply chain disruptions and avoid line stoppages.
* conduct negotiations and coordinate pricing updates, system corrections, and special credits while monitoring negative profit margins.
* prepare and deliver periodic reports, including backlog, chip reload, and payment order reports, as required by customers or management.
* monitor logistics and import regulation changes, investigate damaged shipments, and implement actions to minimize losses and operational impact.

preferred qualifications
* bachelor's degree in international business, foreign trade, economic administration or related field.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in planning, purchasing, materials control, or customer service in the electronics industry.
