About the role as a senior supervisor, accounting and controllership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our monthly financial close process. You’ll oversee key accounting functions across cmna and direct sales, helping maintain financial integrity and supporting business units in achieving their goals. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver reliable financial insights and maintain compliance with us gaap standards. Responsibilities overseeing cmna accounting functions including account reconciliations, deposit activity monitoring, and trial balance transfers. Monitoring incomplete invoices, idoc errors, and credit hold releases, coordinating corrections with business units. Managing intercompany accounts and ensuring prompt invoice processing. Supervising direct sales accounting tasks such as proforma requests, sales tax credits, and debit/credit requests. Supporting month-end financial close by executing journal entries and reviewing reconciliations. Collaborating with business unit controllers and functional teams to meet organizational goals. Leading and participating in special projects as needed. Requirements as a minimum you must have: bachelor’s degree in accounting 4–7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of us gaap experience analyzing large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions excellent communication skills (written and verbal) although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: master’s degree in accounting familiarity with sap ecc6 advanced excel skills and proficiency in ms office (outlook, powerpoint) ability to lead process improvement initiatives strong customer service and follow-through skills ability to work independently with minimal supervision benefits we are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
