Dealership performance 360 crm is growing fast! With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for a retention specialist to provide accurate, clear, and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to save customers who request to cancel services.
*key job responsibilities*
- speak to customers requesting to cancel services and save them!
- speak to dissatisfied customers and help them!
- inbound and outbound phone calls
- must be able to articulate the value of products
- ability to find the right fit for a customer with a product that fits their needs
- deliver extraordinary service on outbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- consult customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing benefits of using our service.
- continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, and handling objections
- provide clear and concise information
- update customer account information as needed
- use provided tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs
- meet or exceed all performance metrics
