Site maintenance manager responsibilities:
- you will be the key interface for the customer on site, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong working relationship and ensuring that the site meets the customer's kpis and service level agreements.

- responsible for ensuring that the site understands and complies with health and safety policies.
- report on technical activities, service level agreements and business details to internal teams and the customer.
- create and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for automated machinery.
- through direct reports, plan and assign daily tasks with service level agreements in mind.
- respond to emergency calls as needed.
experience and requirements for the position:
- eligibility to work in the mexico.
- previous experience in an operations management position (with a focus on maintenance) or as an experienced maintenance manager.
- worked in an industrial environment: production, manufacturing, automated warehousing.
- experience in managing, mentoring and motivating large-scale teams (over 20).
- knowledge of automated machinery, with experience in the development of maintenance programs.
- strong understanding of root cause analysis and maintenance kpis, such as mttf, mttr, pm completion, for example.
