* responsible for end-to-end it network infrastructure related projects for new sites, site moves, and field site consolidations for north america.
* main poc for customer/stakeholders management and engagement.
* main poc for major incidents related to network infrastructure projects.
* accountable for overall quality of project deliverables.
* project intake: network infrastructure definition and high-level initial estimator.
* manages it network infrastructure project managers.
your impact
as na infra delivery jr. Manager your scope includes:
* tech project lead for na sector network infrastructure program related to new sites, site moves, consolidations, joint ventures.
* tech project lead for overall na greenfield program strategy and tactics to ensure faster, better and stronger project delivery in line with business plans and speed.
* tech project lead for new mixing centers, omni sites, sabra & siete site acquisitions.
* pecs, ges and dcs for pfna & 1na.
* key stakeholders engagement and overall management for pbc, gatorade, warehouse, manufacturing, fleet, pepsico equipment services (pes) and canada.
* wireless, wired and cabling vendor management.
who are we looking for?
education
* bs. Degree in electronic systems, telecommunications or computer science
experience
* 5+ years of experience in infrastructure network.
* deep knowledge on cisco technologies (ccna preferred)
* strategic planning and related qualifications are a plus
* good understanding of ansi/tia/eia-568-b.1, -b.2, -569-a and nsi-j-std-607-a standards at minimum
* hands-on experience with international best practices and methodologies such as itil (v3 or beyond), project management professional, itsm, ekahau
* ability to manage, influence, persuade and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* high english proficiency in it infra network terminology and communication
* experience in financial management: budget forecasts, investment estimations, financial planning, accruals
* strong conceptual and process thinking to support a cohesive infra technology roadmap
* proven leadership to manage multicultural teams including vendors, providers, internal employees, and contractors; experience with large, global footprints is required
