Lead the full-cycle recruitment process
we are seeking a seasoned recruitment leader to drive our full-cycle recruitment process for various positions across manufacturing, engineering, it, and corporate functions. As chief talent acquisition strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, building pipelines for technical talent, collaborating with hr business partners and hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with global labor regulations.
you will also oversee the optimization of our recruitment process, monitor key recruiting metrics, and present actionable insights to leadership. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
* at least 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
* proven experience in mass recruitment for manufacturing roles and high-volume specialized recruitment in engineering and it.
