 
        
        General Manager – Clinical Services 
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico 
Employment Type: Full-time 
Compensation: ~95k MXP gross + performance-based bonus + standard benefits 
Key Responsibilities 
- Lead clinical operations teams to achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets. 
- Manage client relationships and participate in key meetings (MBR, QBR, metrics reviews, escalations). 
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology for process efficiency. 
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (HIPAA, ISO, etc.). 
- Oversee budget, P&L;, and resource allocation across multiple sites. 
- Develop talent, reduce attrition, and build a high-performing, engaged team. 
Qualifications 
- Licensed clinician (MD, Nurse, or Allied Health Professional) 
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing clinical support functions 
- Experience with healthcare operations, quality, and process improvement 
- P&L; and multi-site management experience 
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills 
- Fluency in English 
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations
