What you´ll do
* lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners to ensure high performance and capability building
* own the supply planning process, including production planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategies
* ensure product availability aligned with demand forecasts and customer service level agreements (slas)
* monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence while avoiding stockouts
* collaborate closely with demand planning to align on forecasts and manage demand-supply gaps
* partner with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure feasible and efficient supply plans
* identify risks and constraints in the supply chain and proactively implement mitigation plans
* drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and tools
* lead s&op (sales & operations planning) supply review meetings and provide insights for decision-making
* track and report key kpis such as service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and plan adherence
* ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems (e.g., sap/apo/ibp or equivalent)
what makes you a good fit
* bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or related field
* 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain roles
* proven experience leading or supervising teams
* strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and s&op
* experience with erp and planning systems
* advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* fluent in english (additional languages are a plus)
