Introduction to role
are you ready to turn complex r&d workflows into simple, trusted digital experiences that accelerate the delivery of life‑changing medicines? Can you bridge the language of science and technology to shape solutions that researchers rely on every day? Join us to lead the evolution of our in‑house human biological samples request and approval platform, a critical capability enabling discovery teams to work faster and with confidence. You will partner closely with colleagues across early oncology and biosamples and work end‑to‑end—from discovery of needs through delivery and adoption—to drive measurable productivity gains and better ways of working. This is a hands‑on role with real impact. You will own the continuous improvement of a regulated, business‑critical solution, ensuring it is intuitive for users, compliant by design, and aligned with our scorecard objectives. You will help define how we scale the platform, inform data‑driven decisions, and shape how science meets digital inside our labs.
