key responsibilities
* lead and coach the co team to guarantee adherence to processes and quality on the reporting level.
* serve as the primary point of contact for corporate in the us and business unit in germany.
* function as a business partner across all value streams, providing financial insights and supporting controlling functions.
* act as a key user for controlling-related modules and functionalities within the organization.
* coordinate and monitor mbr (management business review) deliverables and deadlines effectively.
* provide key support and expertise in managing report extraction, financial consolidation, and data analysis for financial systems.
* conduct thorough investment assessments and prepare comprehensive financial evaluations for capital expenditure projects.
* support acquisition processes for existing customers and new oems from a plant controlling perspective.
