Minimum qualifications
* bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in program management.
* experience in leading cross‑functional teams of engineers, product managers, and user experience (ux) designers or researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch.
preferred qualifications
* 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross‑functional and cross‑product area projects.
* experience as a software developer or technical lead.
* familiarity with developing for the open web, including web standards bodies and chromium.
* ability to be comfortably navigating through ambiguity and dynamic conditions.

responsibilities

* design and roll‑out processes and tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams, and the quality of product launches.
* provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities; and establish effective partnerships with engineering, product, and ux leads.
* deliver continuous and aimed transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed.
* leverage an understanding of feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes.
