*objectives of role*
- increase website conversion rates and key performance indicators.
- increase funding rates for new account holders.
- increase deposit and loan volumes of account holders.
- increase product utilization of account holders.
- nurture, engage and educate account holders to increase retention rates.
*essential job functions/responsibilities*
- analyze website performance and provide enhancement recommendations, working closely with design, copywriting, and development teams for required performance updates.
- consistently evaluate website seo performance and provide and execute recommendations to ensure optimal website performance.
- provides tactical support for website maintenance and content updates as needed.
- implement campaign set-up in conjunction with execution partners and cross-functional team, including google tag manager, utm tracking, website tagging, and google analytics.
- works closely with marketing leadership on establishing client reporting dashboards in looker studio, and web analytics for reporting purposes.
- identify new marketing opportunities and proactively collaborate, create, coordinate, and activate across clients to ensure marketing success.
*qualifications*:
- passionate about the financial industry, marketing, innovation, and technology.
- minimum of 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with finance, e-commerce, anddigital marketing.
- understanding of the digital environment and platforms used to measure and track performance.
- strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners.
- ability to work on multiple projects at once and demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- can work independently and is a self-starter and highly motivated individual.
