we are looking for a yard team leader to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of self-owned and third-party yards and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.
responsibilities
* self-owned yard management, fulfilling all work tasks according to agreements with clients.
* third-party yard supplier management, supervising third-party yards to complete all work tasks according to client requirements.
* coordinate the work of yard operators.
* prepare various yard operation reports and documents based on client needs.
* establish yard evaluation criteria and monitor compliance.
* develop and optimize management processes to enhance yard operational efficiency.
* execute additional tasks assigned by leadership with professionalism and accuracy.
required qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or above.
* experience: at least 3 years of experience in vehicle storage/yard management.
* ability to lead a team and strong communication/coordination skills.
* proficiency in office software.
* willingness to travel.
