The role you will focus 100% on telephone-based sales (inbound/outbound) for the industrial sector. You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and technical pitching to closing deals and long-term account management. Key responsibilities high-volume outreach: execute daily sales calls to identify and qualify new industrial leads. Deal closing: convert business opportunities into successful sales through expert negotiation. Portfolio growth: manage and scale your client base with consistent, strategic follow-ups. Target achievement: meet and exceed monthly sales kpis to maximize your commissions. What you bring experience: 2 years in b2b telephone sales (industrial sector experience is a major plus). Education: university degree (completed or currently enrolled). Skills: strong persuasion, master of objection handling, and quick technical learning. Profile: a proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills. Compensation & perks salary: competitive, based on your experience and english proficiency.
