- providing general legal support to local senior leadership and work with the global team
- legal support.
- continuously developing, improving, and in some cases, innovating internal processes.
- support the usa-global legal counsel on a range of legal matters, including those related to senior leadership, ongoing projects, and broader hr-related issues.
- provide strategic legal advice on client engagements, contract management, and internal initiatives.
- proactively identify, assess, and resolve legal issues related to client contracts, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- serve as a key point of contact for legal inquiries
- anticipate potential legal risks and develop practical solutions to mitigate exposure, reduce liability, and avoid litigation.
*the requirements*
- experience gained within a commercial in -house legal environment.
- experience in drafting and interpreting a variety of commercial legal agreements.
- high level of numeracy and comfortable working with commercial content.
- fluency in english is essential.
- excellent written and verbal communications skills; experience presenting to senior management.
- ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- self-starter who can manage ambiguity and explore opportunities autonomously to achieve targets and deliverables.
- intellectually curious, pro-active and comfortable challenging assumptions.
- able to ask thoughtful questions and make proposals to solve problems.
- a facilitator, able to forge consensus around credible, commercial, executable solutions.
