* design, proposal and administration of npp resarch area budget and capex and contribute in strategic agenda to reach the company goals
* enssure the attention of technical and strategic necessities of customers related with npp products, training and capacitation
* assure the continuos innovation and delivery of new npp products, processes and solutions
* enssure the optimal and efficient performance of the team, focus in results and go to market visón of the research team
experience
5 years of experience in r&d management, knowledge of regulatory procedures - product registration, chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological manufacturing processes, plant physiology and nutrition, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, quality, and supply.
