*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 8+ years' experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
- advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- proven track record in quality engineering and management, reflecting your success in leading quality initiatives and delivering results.
- experience in iso*, internal auditor.
- proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as design of experiments (doe), failure mode and effects analysis (fmea), and statistical process control (spc).

- certification in project management, such as pmp (project management professional).
