We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented account manager to support and grow relationships with our brand and agency partners. You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them get the most out of the company's ai-powered platform, while building the foundation for a long career in ai-driven advertising.you'll work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, clients stay informed, and growth opportunities are never missed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves digging into data, and wants to grow within a fast-moving adtech company. What you'll be doing manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as a reliable and responsive point of contact for brands and agencies. Support campaign execution by coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform against client goals. Provide regular performance updates to clients, translating platform data into clear, actionable insights. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and flag them to senior leadership. Troubleshoot campaign issues proactively, working with ad ops and product teams to resolve problems quickly. Relay client feedback internally, helping shape product improvements and process enhancements. Assist with contract renewals and support retention efforts across your book of business. Stay current on industry trends, digital advertising best practices, and the competitive landscape. What you bring 2–4 years of experience managing dsp/adtech clients, ideally with a north america focus. Hands-on experience with dsps and the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Strong communication skills in both english and spanish, with the ability to build trust with clients and collaborate across internal teams. Comfort working with campaign performance data and pulling insights from dashboards and reports. Comfortable with technology and ai tools; ability to work independently and handle us-based clients without constant oversight. Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
