assistant hr & payroll
responsibilities
* processing payroll and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
* administering employee benefits, including enrolment, updates, and communication with suppliers.
* supporting hr administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and general services for employees.
qualifications
* a completed university degree in industry relations, human capital or administration.
* at least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll and hr administration.
* upper intermediate english.
* experience with a payroll program.
* experience with imss legislation.
