in our concentrix catalyst team, you will work with the engine powering experience design and engineering at concentrix. We are a leading global solutions company reimagining cx through strategy, talent, and technology. Combining human-centered design, data, and technology, we accelerate cx transformation at scale. You will be part of a team delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve client outcomes and value.
requirements
* experience with programming in the last 5-6 years; minimal hands-on coding may be required.
* comfortable with hot-fixes, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
* at least 3 years in a development or engineering manager role, overseeing multiple software development teams (web, mobile, backend, devops).
* experience leading teams/projects on cloud platforms (azure, aws, gcp).
* knowledge of devops and test automation.
* familiar with modern web and mobile tech stacks: react, node.js, express.js, typescript, javascript, azure functions, ci/cd pipelines, figma, jira.
* experience creating software delivery and release plans aligned with product management.
* ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, kpis, and blockers.
* strong understanding of web application and microservices development.
* proven leadership in delivering high-quality software products with industry-standard devops practices.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* ability to mentor and guide team members, facilitating decision-making.
* experience managing client software development processes in a consulting environment.
* effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
responsibilities
* stay updated with industry trends like devops, azure paas, serverless, containers, apis, microservices, and recommend adoption.
* ensure software products meet business requirements and delivery timelines.
* lead technical teams, translating business priorities into technical solutions.
* implement best practices in coding, reviews, testing, and ci/cd.
* mentor team members to grow their skills and careers.
* experience working with retail or food service industries is a plus.
* manage offshore or distributed teams effectively.
