Overview
join us as a plant communications & hr specialist, where you will support the dissemination of information across plant departments, plan hr campaigns and events, and manage engaging internal communications. This role requires a blend of hr expertise and creative communication skills to foster a connected and informed workplace.
responsibilities
1. internal communications:
o develop strategies to ensure transparency and engagement among employees.
o supervise messenger hr services and manage the visitors' schedule.
o edit and design videos to enhance internal communications and preserve graphic evidence of company events.
o collect information for the weekly company newsletter, update tv screens, and promote vibe activities through photos, videos, and posts.
2. event planning:
o organize and execute social events like seniority awards, christmas party, children's day, and mother's day.
o coordinate translation of documents and live translations during events.
o lead monthly communication meetings to present plant kpis and schedule weekly hr communication sessions.
3. hr support:
o support the operational excellence program with communications activities.
o perform other hr-related tasks as assigned.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in human resources, communication sciences, communication and digital media, marketing, or related field.
* minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* 90% proficiency in english.
* proficient in video editing and design using adobe programs, ms office, and canva.
* strong experience in event planning.
* excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* proactive attitude, patience, and tolerance for dynamic work environments.
* flexible schedule availability.
