job description askey account manager for experiences your overall objective will beto grow and optimize a portfolio of accounts across the usa andlatam.
the role is responsible for managing and growing existingaccounts to whom we provide experiences and activities.
this is agreat opportunity for an experienced account manager to manage anddevelop a diverse portfolio of client accounts (including national,regional and global tour operators, online & retail travelagencies, hotel chains, destination management companies).
mainobjectives: focus on growth and development of existing clientsthrough proactive management of assigned portfolio of accounts.working collaborative across hbx group to understand opportunitiesfor growth of our experiences portfolio via our eco-system.identification and assessment of client's critical needs andliaison with internal departments to find solutions.
take actionsbased on daily/weekly analysis of clients' performance.
attendweekly trading meetings and provide succinct updates on clientperformance, market trends and opportunities.
ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of solutions according to customer needsessential: - at least 3 years' sales management experience in theb2b market, ideally within the travel/tourism industry including aproven track record of increasing sales through existing clients,and key account management.
- excellent knowledge of ms officeapplications (word, excel & powerpoint), crm systems(salesforce) and mi tools.
desirable: - degree or accreditedexperience in the field of experiences or tourism skills knowledge& experience qualifications: - fluent in spanish & englishwith excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal andwritten).
additional languages would be a major plus given theindividual will be managing customers internationally.
