Job summary
lead the record-to-report north america into excellence.
* manage the operations and activities of the gl accounting team on a day-to-day basis.
* supervise employees, monitor activities, and satisfy internal reporting requirements.
* perform gl account reconciliations, review and analyze the general ledger/trial balance, and work with local finance teams to identify adjustments.
* manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.
* ensure team utilization, holiday balance, and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines.
* set and execute mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
* monitor accounting activities globally, drive change and integration.
* drive process improvements and new transitions within the team.
* other duties as ordered by the direct manager.
