are you an experienced application support professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges?
*what you'll do*
- manage and resolve complex level 2/3 incidents in collaboration with development teams.
- lead root cause analysis and contribute to change management processes.
- proactively monitor systems to prevent issues and ensure performance.
- document best practices, technical solutions, and process improvements.
- collaborate with vendors, account managers, and end users to ensure effective resolution.
*what you’ll bring*
- *experience with frontend web technologies (jquery, angularjs).*:
- *backend development experience with aws, node.js, and python.*:
- *strong database skills (mysql, mongodb) and sql proficiency*.
- *fluent english communication skills (written and verbal).*:
- *degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.*
*bonus points for*
- hands-on experience with microsoft sql server (backups, restores, admin tasks).
- familiarity with advanced troubleshooting tools.
- previous work in a global, cross-functional support team.
