responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory, with a focus on private sector laboratories and hospitals.
this role will work strategically to promote brand diasorin's products and services, build long-term client relationships, and exceed expectations by offering high-value clinical, operational, and financial solutions.

key
*responsibilities*:
prospect new clients in the private sector, including clinical laboratories and hospitals, promoting the diasorin's brand and identifying new business opportunities.
call on key customers within the territory, mapping business opportunities and developing annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
work consultatively to deeply understand customer needs and present differentiated, value-added solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
participate in public bids and tenders in collaboration with the tender department, expanding opportunities in the public sector.
manage the current customer portfolio with excellence, maintaining close and constant relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
expand the diasorin's test menu on all existing instruments within the assigned accounts, maximizing instrument utilization.
take full ownership of all sales responsibilities related to the implementation of new instruments, ensuring a fast and efficient customer go-live.
collaborate closely with applications and service teams to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
prepare and execute business reviews both internally and with customers, delivering accurate sales forecasts to support effective resource planning.
maintain high data integrity in the crm system (salesforce), ensuring timely and accurate updates on opportunities, visit reports, competitor test volumes, and other relevant fields.
monitor and manage regional sales indicators, maintaining a strong and ambitious sales plan that unlocks market potential and challenges current sales boundaries.
support the business intelligence team by sharing relevant and ethical market insights.
engage ethically and technically with stakeholders and key decision-makers to present the value of diasorin's products.
meet or exceed sales targets aligned with instrument and reagent revenue goals.
education, experience and qualifications
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience with a demonstrated record of success required
experience in the in vitro diagnostics market preferred
training and skills
solid verbal and written communication skills including making impactful presentations
negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills
ability to work in a regulated environment
strategic planning and organizational skills
