About the Role
Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new leads in LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Conduct cold outreach (emails, calls, messages) and schedule discovery calls.
- Qualify prospects and support in commercial follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Create and adapt sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, decks).
- Keep the CRM database up to date.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Advanced conversational English (mandatory).
- Strong interest in sales, active prospecting, and client interaction.
- Interest in the financial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped, highly competitive commission structure.
