what we're looking for:
the growth marketing manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the company's u.s. restaurant portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on performance marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will support growth initiatives by managing paid media, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve results.
key responsibilities
* execute and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as meta and google ads
* monitor and improve performance metrics including cac, roas, and conversion rates
* support digital acquisition and customer growth initiatives
* manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
* use crm tools to support retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns
* analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
* collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
* support marketing initiatives for promotions, campaigns, and new store openings
qualifications
* 4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
* hands-on experience managing paid media (meta ads, google ads)
* strong understanding of cac, roas, conversion funnels, and campaign performance
* experience executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
* experience using crm tools (hubspot, salesforce, or similar)
* basic data analysis skills (excel, dashboards, reporting)
* experience working with agencies or external vendors
* data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
* strong organizational and execution skills
* ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
* advanced english proficiency (b2+), able to communicate with u.s.-based stakeholders
