**Responsibilities**:
- Drive delivery targets for the entire region.
- Negotiate and maintain standard agreements rates for Ocean Freight, Air
Freight, Trucking & VAS, Customs, etcactivity across all locations in the
region.
- Establish and measure productivity of supplier base
- Drive profitability improvement plans of existing customers.
- Ensure profitability as per corporate requirements.
- Monitor and drive team Data Quality in documentation.
- Maintain relations & conduct regular review meetings with vendors.
- Negotiate and maintain standard agreements / rates with vendors / other
service providers for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Trucking & VAS, Customs,
etc
- Create an approved pool of vendors; design and implement a vendor
approval process.
- Deliver superior Service Delivery & maintain close contact with all key
stakeholders.
- Ensure WHL is complied with all of its statutory requirements for Customs,
Ports, and local authorities.
- To develop KPI’s to monitor vendor performance in line with expectations
from WHL.
- Share best practices across the region.
