we’re looking for a contract technical recruiter based in mexico to drive our nearshore expansion by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional technical professionals. This role offers the opportunity to shape our growing presence in latin america while working with a respected software consultancy.


your mission: source and secure mexico’s top tech talent

as a technical recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for our nearshore hiring initiatives. You’ll develop innovative sourcing strategies, build robust candidate pipelines, and serve as bitovi’s expert on the mexican tech talent market while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


key responsibilities

* full-cycle recruitment: manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation

* strategic sourcing: develop creative approaches to attract top engineers, designers, and technical leads across multiple platforms

* market intelligence: serve as bitovi’s local market expert, providing insights on compensation trends, candidate behaviors, and talent availability

* community engagement: network actively through local organizations, universities, and tech education programs to build sustainable talent pipelines

* candidate assessment: screen candidates for both technical capabilities and communication skills alignment

* stakeholder partnership: collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on priorities, requirements, and hiring timelines

* performance tracking: monitor recruitment metrics and adapt strategies to achieve hiring goals efficiently


required qualifications

* 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with us-based companies

* deep understanding of the mexican tech market and compensation landscape

* proven track record of sourcing and placing hard-to-fill technical roles

* fluent english communication skills (verbal and written)

* experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate relationship management

* strong networking abilities and comfort representing brands at industry events

* self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
