we are looking for
support strategic plant planning by breaking down business goals into short- and mid-term objectives, defining and prioritizing targets, monitoring progress, and evaluating results.
plan and manage the plant budget in coordination with headquarters, ensuring full compliance with financial targets.
ensure recruitment of qualified personnel, implement individual development and succession plans, and foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
provide technical and disciplinary leadership through active presence on the shop floor, lead by example, and make personnel decisions in alignment with hr.
ensure quality in all technical and commercial processes, meeting customer expectations and complying with legal, corporate, and environmental requirements.
oversee and coordinate all site functions, including production, logistics, quality, finance, hr, it, and purchasing, initiating corrective actions when needed.
drive or support root cause analysis based on escalation level, implement corrective measures, and verify their effectiveness.
identify and implement process, structure, and method improvements using tools like pdca, six sigma, or lean methodologies.
actively participate in company-wide initiatives related to quality, hr, safety, training, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.
education: bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering
graduate professional with 10+ years of experience as a plant manager or operations manager
experience in monitoring performance and achievements to ensure alignment with short-, medium-, and long-term objectives
deep experience with automotive customer requirements
work experience:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, including techniques, systems, and production workflows
3+ years of management experience, including team leadership, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional coordination
languages:
