develop a human resources people analytics project that leads to the creation of a prescriptive model designed to support strategic talent-management decision-making. This initiative will be carried out through the analysis of employee data, the identification of trends in key areas such as performance, turnover, and personnel costs, the application of data-modeling techniques, and the development of visualizations that facilitate the optimal delivery and interpretation of information.
