the work:
as a proposal manager, you provide logistic, administrative, and content development support to teams developing sales proposals.
this may include:
1. creating rfx outlines compliant with client requirements
2. coordinating meetings and managing calendars
3. facilitating digital collaboration and content development
4. supporting proposal production
5. collaborating with research and content management teams to source content
you will:
6. support fellow proposal managers on medium-to-large sales opportunities
7. create rfx response outline/tracker to track requirements and team progress
8. conduct research and work closely with smes, research and content management teams to source proposal content
9. develop understanding of accenture’s business structure, practices and offerings to inform rfp responses
10. work closely with graphic designers to develop proposal template and ensure final response is formatted
11. work with proposal manager to ensure responses convey win themes, and address buyer values and requirements
here’s what you need:
12. bachelor of engineering/bachelor of technology or equivalent graduation degree
13. english language fluency (oral and written)
14. 1 or more years of experience doing similar work
15. microsoft office suite skills
extra credit if you have:
16. mba
17. minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability with basic understanding of the rfx lifecycle in the it industry
18. experience with complete sales cycle
19. ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
you may also need:
20. ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
21. must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
