The business excellence analyst is responsible for supporting the business excellence (be) department to maximize productivity and efficiency. In this role, you will complete data entry, generate reports, and prepare powerpoint presentations. A large part of the job is creating solutions that tie multiple data sources together to automate complex processes. The right candidate must be organized, capable of working independently to meet deadlines, and assist with overall support for our daily operations.
job duties:
* data entry into erp system
* load data into sharepoint, excel, and powerbi to generate dashboards & reports
* create complex solutions to automate processes
* complete ad hoc report requests in excel using data from erp system
* assist with travel planning and expense reporting
* prepare and distribute the weekly be newsletter email
* compile data and create powerpoint presentations for the be team
* maintain be team environment (sharepoint/excel/onedrive)
* manage support center be metric trackers
you must have:
* minimum 2 years of administrative experience
* proficient using outlook, powerpoint and excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas)
* advanced english
