a restaurant chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing the team to deliver an excellent staff experience while controlling food costs.
what will i be doing?
as a restaurant chef, you will:
* contribute to menu creation for the team member restaurant
* ensure consistency in the quality of dishes
* manage staff performance issues in line with company policies
* manage work rotas to meet business needs
* ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and stock procedures
* support brand standards through team training and assessment
* control food costs to contribute to revenue
