*responsibilities*:
- assisting the company in managing and building relationships with clients.
- providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues and providing guidance on our service status
- collecting, analyzing and summarizing data related to client accounts and our services to help the team make informed decisions.
- assisting our operations team in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for clients.
- coordinating with other teams such as marketing, operations, compliance and sales to ensure smooth and continuous client experience.
- staying up-to-date with the latest trends and client results from our services and operations.
- in addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the manager of professional services may be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor or upper management.
- who are we looking for?
