the senior automation developer is responsible for leading and executing the development and integration of advanced automation solutions across productive and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, leveraging expertise in different disciplines and fostering innovation.
* ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
* plan, execute, and control automation projects.
* ensure the achievement of project objectives within time and budget.
* define the automation technology strategy.
* integrate different automation technologies to create comprehensive solutions.
* implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize automated processes.
* identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
* maintain close alignment of activities within the ba-network and respect internal automotive standards.

qualifications
* bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
* more than 7 years of professional experience in the automotive environment, particularly regarding production processes and manufacturing technologies.
* certifications in specific automation technologies, such as plcs, robots, iot, etc.
* knowledge of uipath (certification desirable).
* knowledge of power automate.
* knowledge of programming languages (python desirable).
* experience in project management (certification desirable).
* knowledge of sap.
* experience in projects related to industry 4.0.
* advanced english language skills, spoken and written, for international communication.
