About the Role
We are seeking a world-class Copywriter who excels in creating persuasive, narrative-driven content that converts. You’ll write and refine copy for case studies, landing pages, emails, ads, and more, turning complex information into clear and compelling stories. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role adecuado for someone who can adapt quickly, write clearly, and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation for Key Assets: Write persuasive copy for high-impact assets, including case studies, landing pages, website content, email campaigns, and ads. Ensure each piece of content effectively communicates our value and converts leads.
- Client Storytelling & Case Studies: Develop client success stories into compelling case studies, integrating clear metrics, client quotes, and narratives that highlight the results we drive.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging angles for campaigns, refine offers, and test different approaches to drive conversions and engagement.
- Website & Ad Copy Optimization: Review and optimize copy on key website pages and write/test ad copy for platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to ensure maximum engagement.
- Email Campaigns: Craft email sequences that sound personal, human, and drive engagement, and work with the team to optimize email copy for higher conversions.
- Collaboration with Design: Partner with the design team to turn copy into polished, high-quality marketing assets (e.g., PDFs, decks, visuals).
- Content Library & Templates: Maintain a library of proof points, quotes, headlines, and CTAs for quick reuse; develop templates and frameworks to streamline creation of case studies, decks, and other content.
- Regularly test and refine copy to ensure it resonates with the target audience, track performance, and iterate based on results.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of B2B marketing copywriting experience, ideally within services, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven experience writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy for a variety of assets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Ability to adapt tone and style based on the target audience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
- Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing copy for optimization.
- Previous collaboration with designers to produce polished, professional marketing assets.
- 100% remote role.
- Compensation in USD.
