* 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role
* solid understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of a/b testing
* practical knowledge of sql (basic level required)
* ability to translate business needs into clear, structured tasks for tech teams and effectively prioritize them
* proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity, usability, and well-thought-out system design
* strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders
* hands-on experience in creating visual process documentation, such as bpmn (business process model and notation), uml (unified modeling language), data flow diagrams (dfd), or similar
* understanding of investment products or a strong motivation to learn and develop expertise in the investment domain
* b2 or higher english level for effective communication with an international team
