Position overview we are seeking an experienced amazon account manager and operations specialist to oversee and optimize the performance of our amazon seller central accounts across multiple marketplaces (us, canada, uk, and de). This role is integral to managing product listings, ensuring account health, and improving logistics and shipment processes. You will collaborate closely with our ppc team, brand management, and creative services to enhance overall sales performance and customer experience. Responsibilities oversee and manage amazon vendor and seller accounts, independently, providing strategic insights and client communication. Monitor account health metrics, promptly address issues, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address account‑related challenges. Effectively manage cases and troubleshoot account‑related issues. Create and optimize product listings on amazon and walmart, focusing on general information, copy, images, and videos. Develop appropriate variation groupings and troubleshoot on amazon/walmart to ensure seamless operations. Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, optimizing product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management. Utilize microsoft office suite and demonstrate proficiency in frequently used excel formulas. Stay updated on amazon/walmart policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the amazon account management workflow. Ideal candidate organised. Great communicator. Experience in product listing optimization, using tools like helium10 or similar. Solid knowledge of amazon's policies and procedures, including brand registry and account health. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to collaborate with ppc/seo specialists, creative teams, and external stakeholders to achieve goals. Proven experience with growth strategies for amazon accounts. Have end‑to‑end p&l responsibility for a $5 million per year seller central or vendor central account; this $5 million should have been generated in a single locale.
