This company is an insurance-focused agency that helps clients manage and transition their policies, and they are looking to bring on a insurance customer service & policy cancellation specialist to help with policy cancellations and client communication. The primary responsibility is calling insurance providers and assisting clients in canceling existing policies, so prior hands-on experience with insurance and cancellation processes is required. This is a full-time, phone-heavy role working 9am–5pm eastern time.
