position overview: the sr manager, global supplier quality, will lead and manage the entire supplier quality organization across the united states and mexico.
this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust supplier quality systems, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement in supplier performance.
the manager will oversee regional teams, ensure compliance with global quality standards, and play a critical role in supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and product quality assurance throughout the supply base.
this position may be based in our mexico locations in matamoros, tamaulipas; nogales, sonora; or monterrey, nuevo león.
candidates should be open to relocation to any of these locations.
