Sales director for north latin american region: ai-powered advice and exclusive features

we are seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience in the servicenow ecosystem. This individual should excel at navigating the technology sales landscape, especially in selling software products and professional services.

the ideal candidate will have a self-motivated attitude, excel in a results-driven environment, value cultural alignment, and consistently exceed performance targets.

responsibilities:

* develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned region.
* identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic servicenow solutions.
* cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
* manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.
* collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
* participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

required skills and qualifications:

* minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for servicenow experience.
* proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3m+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets.
* experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.
* intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
