compensation and benefits:
* starting pay: $0.55 cpm with annual raises up to $0.65 cpm
* average 2,800 miles per week
* 100% no-touch freight
* 1 week paid vacation after your first year of service
* time-off buyback option: sell back unused home time for $100/day, up to 7 consecutive days
