what you will do
* work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
* plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications
* make recommendations to improve and support business activities
* gather business requirements through techniques such as work sessions and interviews, then analyze and document client complex business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to appropriate parties
* develop business requirements documents/user stories to support the required modifications
* may plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts
* understand simple to complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills
* assist in providing time estimates for project related tasks
* aid in updating process and procedural documentation
* support qa, uat and release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

what we need
* minimum 5 years of experience as business analyst
* a degree in business, it or any relevant field
* previous experience working in the insurance industry (insurtech or health insurance) is required
* health insurance-related domain certification from ins/loma or iii is an added advantage
* knowledge of business analysis concepts of defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and agile approach to prioritizing work to epics, sprints
* business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
* good organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes
* experience in an agile and/or scrum environment is a must
* basic knowledge in generating process documentation, and document system functionality, data integration, and workflow
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
* technical writing skills are a plus
* must be fluent in spanish
* must be open to work in central european time or central time zone

* ba/bs degree and at least 5 years of supply chain experience (cisco or industry) in end‑to‑end planning processes, inventory management, handling product life‑cycle, supply chain financials, and/or supply chain modeling; mba preferred

qualifications
* 7+ years of overall experience in windchill plm application (implementing, configuring, and optimizing ptc windchill plm solutions)
* strong experience in ptc windchill pdmlink, option & variants, mpm link, workflow, oir, infoengine task customization & configuration
* gathering business requirements, managing change workflows, and mapping out‑of‑the‑box (ootb) capabilities to business needs
* conduct workshops and document user stories, functional specifications, and business processes
* define and configure windchill workflows, lifecycles, and cad/erp integrations prioritizing ootb solutions over customization
* proven experience with ptc windchill (pdm, plm) including bom management and change management
* excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specs) and process mapping capabilitydevelop test plans, execute uat, and validate system functionality

* requirements gathering and analysis to capture and document business requirements using business architecture concepts such as capabilities and value streams
* process mapping in bpmn for current and future state

* abstract and synthesize information to support business and enterprise architecture practice areas and stakeholders
* perform administrative tasks around tools used for business analysis
what you bring
* bachelor's degree in computer science, business, strategy, or another related field
* 6+ years of business architecture experience or other related field experience
* holistic thinker with ability to examine vast business ecosystems and deliver value across the strategy execution spectrum
* ability to abstract and synthesize information and collaborate across teams
* deep understanding of how to build process flows using bpmn
* experience with defining metrics for a technology practice to measure success of the business analysis program
